Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this Travel Tracker application ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. This Service is operated by Eighty Foot Productions, Inc., a Wyoming C Corporation ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Demo Service - As Is

This Service is provided as a demonstration product on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.

3. No Warranty

THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. User Liability

BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ASSUME ALL LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. You agree to use the Service at your own risk and acknowledge that any reliance upon any information provided through the Service is solely at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service.

7. Trade Secrets and Intellectual Property

This demo Service inherently contains trade secrets, proprietary algorithms, product design concepts, and intellectual property that are not yet public. By accessing and using the Service, you acknowledge that you are exposed to confidential and proprietary information of the Company. You agree not to copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the software design, functionality, user interface, algorithms, or any other aspect of the Service. You further agree not to disclose, distribute, or use any information learned from the Service for competitive purposes or to develop competing products or services.

8. Data and Privacy

This is a demonstration application. Any data entered may not be secure or persistent.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.

10. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
